    After both parties reached an agreement, our company will closely contact your company in the technical design to ensure the smooth progress of the design work, optimize the design, improve the design, and strive for excellence. And provide the process flow, external dimensions, safety control, complete set scope, engineering conditions, and losses for users to verify the on-site conditions.

  After sales service - solving users' worries
  1. Provide free technical consultation, provide free training for users on technology, maintenance, and operation personnel, and welcome users to send representatives to our company for learning and visiting at any time.
      2. The warranty period for the equipment is 18 months from the date of product delivery or 12 months after successful debugging (whichever comes first). If the product does not meet the design requirements, we unconditionally accept the user's request for "return, replacement, and repair", with a three-year warranty.
      3. If the equipment malfunctions during the warranty period, a response shall be made within 4 hours upon receiving a call or letter from the user. If on-site service is required, the user shall notify the service personnel to rush to the site within 48 hours within 500 kilometers. Arrive at the site within 24 hours from the location of the office, and all expenses will be borne by the supplier.
      4. Outside the warranty period, our company provides corresponding services and stores the vulnerable parts and main components of the machine for a long time to ensure timely and favorable supply of spare parts.
      5. Our company establishes equipment factory maintenance records and has service specialists to conduct regular follow-up visits to track the operation and maintenance of the equipment.
